I'm  almost ready to travel to the jungle in two weeks. We're preparing everything that we'll need for the graduation ceremony of our first three graduates from our Institute. The three of them are Aguarunas; two of them are already pastors in different communities, and one is a deacon of the church where the Institute operates.

We have the robes for the graduates, and in the communities they are getting ready for a spiritual feast like we never had before, with the presence of approximately 12 churches from different communities among the Aguarunas and Huambisas.

Here in the church of Lima we are in a great expectation and trying to complete the materials and copies that we'll take there. We have already 28 students taking courses in 4 years.

A group of 6 to 8 people from our church is planning to go with us
, and I hope that in the end they don't get discouraged and decide not to go.

Please pray for us, when I come back I'll inform you about everything that happened in detail. Greetings to the church of The Lord from the church of Carabayllo, Peru. God bless you.

Greetings and blessings to your homes and ministries,

In January and February I traveled to the area of Biavo for the conference that was held in San Rafael, and also to help address some of the problems in some of the churches.

On January 16th I travelled to Vainillas to celebrate the wedding of two couples and I preached about marriage. Thanks to God we had the conference in San Rafael, where we had pastor Martin Z. and brother Junior as teachers. There were 14 brothers, among them some pastors and deacons. We began on Friday the 12th and finished on Sunday the 14th, and it was a great blessing. The topics that were taught dealt with: the Doctrine of God, families and pastoral problems. Our brothers came back very encouraged and willing to start changing many un-biblical practices that they are doing in their churches, in ignorance or because of wrong teachings. The greatest thing is that everybody readily received the teaching that they received.

The next conference will be in Nuevo Progreso, Biavo area, God willing. On February 12th and 13th Pastor Martin Z.  preached at sister Anita's funeral, because she died of cancer. All the people in San Rafael gathered together and we preached the gospel, many of them felt uncomfortable and few accepted the message, and this is because pastor Martin's attack on men's sin. The brothers as well as the unbelievers said that they never heard a message like that. I'm evangelizing sister Anita's family (there are very many of them), they don't reject the Gospel  but neither do they repent.  So I will continue evangelizing them. Sister Anita shared the gospel with her children and all who visited her before she died.

We have had flooding because suddenly the Huallaga River flooded because of heavy rains in the jungle. In our church building the water entered like a river, my wife and children got frightened, and in these moments we are on high alert because the rain began to fall down very heavy.  In San Rafael  and in other towns the houses fell down, the harvest was lost and many animals drowned, even though we tried to stop the water from entering into the church building,  we couldn´t, and at this time we are worried because the authorities told us to be careful with our families.

Thank you very much for your prayers and financial support that we receive always on time, and thanks to it I can support my family and work in the ministry.

God bless you greatly!

Your brother in Christ,

Arturo M.

Greetings,

On December 11th and 12th of last year I had the opportunity to preach in an evangelistic campaign in Cieneguillo,
Nueva Esperanza, and I made known the Gospel of God. Many people came to the church service which was full.  I know that it was because of the movie that was going to be shown, but I told the missionary that I would take more time preaching than the movie. Even though nobody got converted there, I noticed that nobody stood up from their seats and left, all of them heard the Word of God.

There were some pastors from the area and after that meeting we had a conversation about the need for training in the work of God in that area. Our brother Benjamin C. had that vision as well, which we shared at the seminary, and now we have been charged to open a new location for the Faithful Men Bible Institute there in Cieneguillo. On February 13th will be the registration, and we are getting ready for this. Please pray for this new institute in Cieneguillo.

The work in Basadre:

We continue preaching the Gospel of God,
and in this last week of February we are getting ready to evangelize two hundred children, in the Vacation Bible School. This time we want to do it different, focusing on the children's greatest need and their condition before God. Our topic to be shared will be the Biblical teaching that is expressed in the Apostles' Creed.

The work in the Seminary:

At this time I'm preparing all the materials for the class that I'll teach;
Bible Geography. The class will start the first week of March.

The journey to Frias was cancelled because of the rain in that area of the mountains of Piura, since transportation is difficult when it rains.  But we are making contact with them, so, God willing, we'll start the Faithful Men Bible Institute in Frias.

Greetings from all my family.

In The Lord,

Dear Brothers:

By God's grace, He allows me to visit different homes taking His message and so to encourage families, youth, teenagers and children.

- I continue visiting Mary V. who gave birth a beautiful baby boy.

-I continue visiting and leading Bible study lessons about sin:

- With Carmen C.

- With Fidelina and her children, but her nephew moved to another place to work.

- To other friends, I have been taking the message of The Lord and applying it to their problems. This had led to their recognition that they have not lived up to what God requires of them.

- I made contact with another teacher, Silvia P., to visit her and study the Word of God in her home. She lives in Santa Rosa.

- I have been encouraging John, Brenda, Cinthia and Anderson, and other youth to continue with Bible studies.

- In Villa Primavera I have been helping and visiting sisters for discipleship.

- I have started classes for teenagers on Sundays with: Diana, Yoel, Elionet and Xiomara. We are praying for our neighbors to get involved and receive the message of God.

- I have been helping in all I can here in the office with the inventory of the books of the seminary, which is not finished yet.

- Also I have been getting ready for the Vacation Bible School, where I am going to teach the boys from ages 10 to 14, in the Divine Redeemer Church. God willing, and if He provides the materials, also here in the Church of Grace (which meets at the seminary).

- By the grace of God we are advancing as The Lord wants, and I pray that I may grow in His grace and in all that I do, that it may be for his glory and honor.

- Also I have been sharing the message in the places where I go, evangelizing.

Thanks for everything.

In Jesus,

Gloria M.

Beloved in the Lord:

I greet you brothers from HeartCry,
all of you who direct, missionaries, helpers, churches who pray, pastors who encourage us to be as one, who make this machinery move every day, even though things are getting harder. When more need is seen, the proclamation of the truth is more urgent. The time which we have to live in this earth is an opportunity that God gives us to work while it is still day.

It is true that the evil forces are opposed to the Gospel of Christ,
but we trust in Jesus Christ our Lord who will give us strength for not being discouraged, such is the case in Mochumi. At the place where we have our meetings is the house of a lady who is a believer. Her sons aren't believers and when she travels they have their parties. We haven't had our meetings there recently for this reason. We are praying that God provides our own place, to put a sign and give a good testimony before the town.

Despite all of this, we thank God for the interest of our new brothers and of others who are attending the meetings and the Bible classes. On Monday we have Bible classes on baptism, on Tuesday prayer service, on Wednesday family dynamics, and on Thursday Bible Studies.

I'm organizing our youth and teenagers camp
with the topic: "Convictions more than Beliefs." In regards to the Bible study at our church, we have started studying God's Character. My brothers, to all of you, thank you very much for your offerings, which is the product of your sacrifice put in the work of God.

God bless you.
