Vale is a missionary in Frunzanesti where he pastors a church that he started several years ago. The village has two gangs that are very hostile to each other and is in a constant
state of fear because of the ongoing crime. Vale’s prayer is that the church will be used of the Lord to bring about unity among the Gypsies who have lived in hate for many years.
